The rules for using the Specter Loans matching service — read them together with the Disclosures and Privacy Policy.
The service
Specter Loans provides a business funding matching service: we collect your request, structure it into a clean file, and route it toward third-party lenders and funding providers that may fit. Using the site or submitting a request means you accept these terms.
Eligibility
The service is for business purposes only, by people 18 or older who are authorized to act for the business they represent. It is not for consumer, personal, family, or household credit.
No guarantee
We do not guarantee that any lender will make an offer, or any particular amount, rate, term, or funding date. Speed references, including same-day funding, describe possible outcomes for qualified files, not promises. Decisions belong to the lenders.
Your information
You agree that the information and documents you submit are accurate, current, and yours to share, and that we may share them with lenders and service providers to process your request as described in the Privacy Policy.
By submitting contact details you consent to Specter Loans and matched lenders contacting you about your request by phone, email, or text. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of receiving the service; reply STOP to opt out.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no false or fraudulent requests, no interference with the site, no scraping or reverse engineering, and no use that violates law. We may decline or discontinue service at our discretion.
Intellectual property
The site, its content, and the Specter Loans marks belong to Specter Systems and its licensors. You may not use them except as needed to use the service.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Specter Loans is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for the acts, omissions, offers, or products of any lender. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to $100.
